Gateway Equine is an equine-exclusive independent practice located in Penn Valley, CA, providing outpatient and select local ambulatory services.
Dr. Corey Harms, DVM and his skilled team offers outstanding veterinary care for your equine athlete or companion, providing lameness and sports medicine, general surgical and medical services, and preventative care in a small-town setting.
Our office and haul-in facility is at the Tudor Ranch on Indian Springs Road in Penn Valley (click here for Google map).
Normal Business Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Emergency Service: limited and dependent on veterinarian availability. *Please note: we are not a regular emergency service, and refer many emergencies to Loomis Basin Equine Medical Center in Penryn, CA (916-652-7645) or UC Davis (530-752-0290)

Comprehensive lameness examination, diagnostic nerve blocking, digital X-ray, Ultrasound Imaging, AI-assisted gait analysis.
